I recently downloaded a blaster and am trying to change the blast colour but.........

i just downloaded the jango fett blaster to put in a package with my jango fett skin. but the creator made the blast colour red instead of the yellowy oragne colour it should be. i thought the way u do it is to change the tga of the shot to the colour u want and zip it up right but it doesnt work, how do u do it?
