Darth Vader III Posted October 17, 2002 Share Posted October 17, 2002 Well. I downloaded Yoda model. But I can't replace Luke with him. How could I do it? I managed to replace Luke with a shadowtrooper, but why can't I replace him with Yoda? I have learned it before but I forgot how to do it so... Please help me! Thanks! Orbitäl Posted October 21, 2002 Share Posted October 21, 2002 1st, make sure you have a working copy of the MP Yoda model in your base folder. (I think its called yoda_kinja.pk3 or something along those lines) 2nd, make a folder tree like this models\players\luke (in other words, make a "models" folder, a "players" folder, and a "luke" folder. Then put "luke" folder inside "players", and "players" inside "models"). 3rd, extract the "model_default.skin", the "model.glm", & the "sounds.cfg" files and place them in your new "luke" folder. 4th, make your new folder structure into a .pk3 file, naming it whatever you want. Place the new pk3 file in your base folder and then you should be good to go. Enjoy seeing Luke as Yoda. -Orbital Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My best advice, look for any "sound" refferences and edit the directories to make the games Luke use those.
