new error

man, i got this error outta no where! anyone know how to fix it, or what it may be Thanks, heres the link:

Weird. Try deleting all the files in c:/Windows/Temp. Check if you even have a c:/windows/temp. For some weird reason windows will not allow that file to be created. Maybe a simple reboot will help.
