griff38 Posted October 25, 2002 Share Posted October 25, 2002 Yes, if you see it, it is online. However if you add a server to your favorites it will still show even when it is not online. Thanx Ping is the amount of time it takes datapackets to be sent from your computer to another and back. the lower the # if Milliseconds the faster its going. If you have a high ping then you will start to experience lag because your computer is getting the data at a slower rate, therefore the move was already done before you get the data and your computer is trying to compensate for the loss of time.
