Personality: How do I increase fighting skills of Bots in MP?

I played around with the reaction Time (in the .jkb-file) and skill-level, but this does not really make them serious opponents. So could anyone post a GeneralBotInfo-section that makes a Bot a really hard opponent ?

There is only so much you can do with Bots in JKII. Click the link in my sig for some help.

 

Spawn NPC's, they are better opponents if you cant get online to play against other human opponents.

I've sawn in a server.cfg file a variable like bot_spskill or so set to two. Do yu know what it does, and do you have any information how to use it ?
