He knocked on the door of Maureen's mansion, but she didn't find it that amusing. The people of Melonweed don't give out very good treats, either. For example, Todd gives out candy... made from welding solder. If you try to trick-or-treat the gas tower, you get shot at. Stuff like that makes Halloween tough for the Polecats.
