mods no show?

i have followed the instructin within the read me file, inserting pk files into the gamedata dir, but when i run the game there is nothing to select.

 

i am running on v.1.04, using win 98.

 

the files i have inserted are "starwars_classic.pk" (should allow different characters within the game - it dosn't)

and "mainframe.2.0.pk"

 

this is my first attemp to install mods, so i'm probably doing something stupid!

 

any help appreciated.

managed to sort. I needed to create a directory within the gamedata dir especially for the file/s. Not just copy the files directly into the gamedata dir.

 

(i.e. mainframe.pk within /gamedata/mainframe/mainframe.pk)
