jeff1802 Posted November 9, 2002 Posted November 9, 2002 Desann's girl is kicking my butt. I can't find any weakness to exploit, other than getting lucky and jumping on top of her which knocks her down. Can anyone tell me some clues to turn the tables....?
griff38 Posted November 9, 2002 Posted November 9, 2002 Are you refering to the single player or multiplayer? Big difference.
jeff1802 Posted November 9, 2002 Author Posted November 9, 2002 Yes single player........ I got back from Compusa and looked and the Jedi Outcast book and they didn't tell me crap, other than short hits and she has strong power....

Breton Posted November 12, 2002 Posted November 12, 2002 The best tips will be: Quicksave after each successful hit you make and takes no damage in return.
WallyWest Posted November 22, 2002 Posted November 22, 2002 Here's a few tips. Stay away from her. Play defense and just keep from getting hit. If she throws lightning at you circle strafe around her, you won't get hit. If she grips you quickly push out of it. There are two fairly easy ways to kill her. One, just keep pushing her. She blocks most of them but eventually you'll knock her down. If you're close enough just run up and slash away as she lays there. If not, throw your saber at her so that she runs right into it as she's getting up. The other way is to keep a little distance between you and strafe back and forth. Try and get her to throw her saber at you. As long as you keep moving she usually won't hit you, and you should be able to block it if she does. Keep doing this until she happens to drop the saber. You'll hear it hit the ground usually right next to you after you block it. Immediately throw your saber at her and cut her to pieces. Another move I perfected on her was the combination grip/saber throw. She pushes out of a grip almost instantly, but her defenses go down for a split second as you grip her. If you time it just right you can launch your saber so that it hits her at that exact moment. This is assuming you have grip at that point in the single player game, I can't remember if you do or not.
