Since when does real world science apply to a science fiction?!?!?!

Force powers for example. Nobody can choke somebody with their mind. It's impossible. Same with force lightning. So we can assume that they can create a perfect clone. Star Wars is not fenced in by "Real world science." ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE IN STAR WARS. If there were boundaries, Star Wars wouldn't be fun, now would it?
