Bindings

Ok. Im not new to the game but i never really took the time out to ask how do i make bindings that say stuff like some people say "LoL" in different colors like one 'L' is in blue the 'o' in white and the other 'L' in blue. How would i do this kind of stuff? Thanks.

ok in the console (press shift and the ¬ key -the key next to number 1)

 

next choose a spare key which you dont use to say the message for this example ill use R

 

so in the console type bind r say lol

 

to get colours you need to type ^1 or ^2 or ^3 etc before each letter 1-6 are different colors.

 

so example:

 

bind r say ^1L^3O^1L

 

if you want to bind a message for your team only type

 

bind r say_team ^1the ^4other ^5team ^2suxx0r

^1 Red

^2 Green

^3 yellow (no yellow text colours)

^4 blue

^5 Cyan

^6 Pink/Purple

^7 White

^8 Black, though it appears to be white

^9 Red

^0 Black, though it appears to be white
