hey guys ive tried everything you're supposed to but i need to know where to start im in year 2 have just been told what i need to do to get to meche. however i need a starting point cos i cant find one...

go into manny's casino and talk to charlie. when you've done that go down to the docks and talk to Velasco. all will then become clear
