How do I get downloaded models in singleplayer?

I have a question. How do I put a downloaded model in the single-player game? Example: I downloaded a Anakin Skywalker model, I want to play as in in single player instead of Kyle. How do I go about putting Anakin in the single player game?

 

Also, when I download single player maps, where do they show up at on the game and how do I access them?

 

Can someone/anyone give me step by step instructions for these problems? It would be really appreciated.
