Anyone kno a modeling tutorial for DUMMIES?

Hey, I would like to become alot better at modeling, but i have no idea what to do. I use Gmax/Milkshape/3Ds Max 4. I was inspired by the talented Kman (Thanks Kman!). If anyone could help, i'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Here is a bunch of assorted links which I have in the 3D modelling section of my bookmarks. Not all of them are modelling (some are UVW mapping, which will come in useful later) but most of them are. Also, if you have GMAX, go to ftp://ftp1.discreet.com/web/products/gmax/gmax12_tutorials.exe to download the GMAX tutorials. I learnt the very basics of modelling from those tutorials - they're incredibly good.

hey dude, yeah ive jsut started modelling to, but one tutorial that really helped me to get started is this one

its a great starter, its for 3d stusio max but u can still do it in Gmax also like i did, using the way of this tutorial u can make anything i think, like it helped me to create that head on my link.

yea um skater that is probably one of the worst tutorials i have ever seen! Im good at modeling and even I couldnt follow and im not even a noob. You just start trailing off especially when moving verticies, and extruding, dividing, etc. No noob could ever follow that tutorial. Make it better for the love of god.
