OOM-9(2) Posted December 16, 2002 Posted December 16, 2002 Wouldn't that be cool? They would have good troopers, good mechs, rubbish air, average h/wepons but the best bounty hunters of all civs. No idea about the special. Ideas?
DarthMuffin Posted December 16, 2002 Posted December 16, 2002 I don't think there is enough info on them for an entire civ... And we see some troops/buildings in the GE campaign... that's enough for me.
Admiral Vostok Posted December 17, 2002 Posted December 17, 2002 Taking into account both the movies and the EU, any military force the Trandoshans could muster would be pretty much exactly what currently exists in the SWGB campaigns. Even Ewoks have got more military variety than Trandoshans. I think leave them as they are.
clonedjedi Posted December 30, 2002 Posted December 30, 2002 There not worthy enough to be an actual civ they have not got an army and dont intend to get one.

emimar Posted December 30, 2002 Posted December 30, 2002 For once I'd have to agree with Luke's dad, but that doesn't mean I don't like em though.
SE_Vader_536 Posted December 30, 2002 Posted December 30, 2002 yeah all the trashondans got are a couple of buildings and regular slavers and their transport really... their bounty hunters arent any different than others

SE_Vader_536 Posted December 30, 2002 Posted December 30, 2002 why did the sith wait so long to take power?
CorranSec Posted December 30, 2002 Posted December 30, 2002 Trandoshans- no. No no no, nooo, n.o. There are many, many perfectly viable choices for civs in both canon and EU without having to resort to Trandoshans and the like. Soo... no. Se_vader: What does THAT have to do with anything?
SE_Vader_536 Posted December 30, 2002 Posted December 30, 2002 it was a stupid attempt to bring the thread off-topic... Duh...
CorranSec Posted December 31, 2002 Posted December 31, 2002 Maybe. But if there are any secret civs, I think Ewoks take priority.
lukeiamyourdad Posted December 31, 2002 Posted December 31, 2002 You guys do realise that we don't need 999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 secret civs do you?
CorranSec Posted December 31, 2002 Posted December 31, 2002 I'm pretty sure I said that in some other thread. 2 secret civs max. Ewoks first, then something else.
SE_Vader_536 Posted January 1, 2003 Posted January 1, 2003 wasnt this secret civ stuff discussed in another thread?
emimar Posted January 2, 2003 Posted January 2, 2003 I don't even know what a secret civ is. Is it one of those things you have to unlock?
lukeiamyourdad Posted January 2, 2003 Posted January 2, 2003 Yeah. You have to finish a campaign at let's say moderate difficulty and not using cheats. It will motivate players to play the campaigns unlike GB is doing now. Nobody plays the campaigns anymore...
OOM-9(2) Posted January 3, 2003 Author Posted January 3, 2003 I play campaigns. They make a change from regular battles which is good.
lukeiamyourdad Posted January 3, 2003 Posted January 3, 2003 Maybe some people play the campaigns sometimes but most of us played it once and saw that they kinda suck so we finished them at easy and everything is over. Secrets will motivate people to play those campaigns.
emimar Posted January 4, 2003 Posted January 4, 2003 I knew something was missing from the game and that's it. Maybe you could unlock heroes and other things like units too, say the Death Star for the scenario editor.
OOM-9(2) Posted January 10, 2003 Author Posted January 10, 2003 Is there a cheat to get the secret civs and what is it?
