Now I don't have any evidence, but I also think that this can NOT be a considence. OverShadow and ForeShadow are obviously the same people, and some of you probably have figured that much out. I mean where one goes, the other is close to post. And usually posts the same thing in different words.Now, don't you think it's slightly odd that they sound like Rho Elite?!!!! I mean, once you know one guys personality on this board, it's hard for them to change their name and make us think they are someone else. I'm quite surprised that DarthJustin didn't accuse the two Shadow guys about it the moment they registerd on the board.DarthJustin, you were so good at annoying newcomers like that, why'd you stop now?! Did any of you notice that Rho's signaure said something about the shadows?And that they didn't ban his IP address from the forum, leaving the possibilty that he could change his name and re-enter the board? I still don't have any real evidence, but I think the three of them are the same guy. Hey Rho, Shadow, whatever your name is now, why DID you do the porn stuff? You seemed like a nice guy on this forum. Overshadow, I too knew it was you, the second I saw that "I LOVE RHO!" sig. It was both very obvious and funny - if somewhat crude. Anyway, the legal age for the distribution of pornography is in fact 18 years - just for everyone's information. Next, it was morally wrong to place the pornography on the board, and I have no doubt in my mind that you knew very well the consequences of altering the site those pictures were hosted from. Second, while it was morally wrong, it is not so unlawfull. The board can hold no responsibility for it's content, so they hire moderators. There is no jeopardy of lawfulness in having pornography on the site, because of the fact that the board cannot take responsibility for the content. However, the board is legally obligated to release information in the event that an individual uses the board for unlawful acts. Whether one would call this dispute a case of law, or ethics, it is in the eye of the beholder. On the one hand, Rho did place pornographic material where minors could reach it. However, he did change the content of the site the pictures were hosted from, so that does create a technicality. He has no control over who remains hosted by his site, so he cannot control who remains in use of those pictures. And you are talking about civil matters, not criminal. What Rho did is a crime. I think the charge would be contributing to delienqency of a minor, a misdemenor, no big deal. But if a prosecutor wanted to make an example of you they could throw something like indecency with a minor at you, which probably wouldn't stick....probably. But my point is that it is illegal. Try handing out porn mags to kids at your local mall sometime and see how fast you get arrested. Even if you are 16, which I doubt. And Rho, don't kid yourself the FBI can track every movement you make on the internet if they wanted to. Would they go after a low level pervert like yourself? Probably not....probably. But there are FBI agents that follow the internet just to watch out for people doing what you did. I wouldn't be surprised if they are already trying to track you to find out if you are dealing in kiddie porn or something. Hope you're clean man. You could have used something else besides porn as well, if you just wanted to pull a prank. Everyone would have gotten a good laugh if you just hadn't used porn. I don't see that it did any of the good things the white hats do that you mentioned. ForeShadow, I highly suggest you tone down your posts quite a few notches. Rho, yes I like looking at pictures of women, but this is not the place. The pic in your sig is probably enough for some kids' parent to see and get pissed off about it and prevent their kid from coming here. Change it.
