Is there any effect that could act like a door is being welded shut... or even an effect similar to the effect in ANH when the stormtroopers cut through the door of the Corvette.... Takeoffyouhoser Posted January 13, 2003 Author Share Posted January 13, 2003 well, I am making a single Player map btw... that sounds like a good idea there... with the sparks... but i wanted Kyle to get stuck in the room, due to the fact that the door is being welded shut.... i think those sparks wouold work well for this...but, is there a trigger to deactivate something? Wudan Posted January 14, 2003 Share Posted January 14, 2003 In the entity dialog box, the box you need to check is TRIGGER_ONCE or something like that. Essentially, after it has been 'triggered' the door unlinks from the object that has targetted it, making it stay open permanently. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
