TheAphextwin Posted January 17, 2003 Share Posted January 17, 2003 The first thing I would recommend you do is look through runners included help file to get familiar with the avialable options and functionality. Essentially you will open runner, go to each tab and select those options that you would like for your server, select some maps, right click on the selected maps to invoke the map wizard where you can fine tune your map selection including game types etc. Once you are happy with all your settings you simply click on the OK button to launch your server. Sephiroth CR Posted January 17, 2003 Author Share Posted January 17, 2003 Yet me narrow my question down. I installed it. Now there is an icon on my desktop labled Jedi Runner. EVERY time I double click on the icon it reinstalls Jedi Runner. I am asking on how to OPEN the program, NOT on how to use it. I want to know where I go to open up the program, because evidently double clicking on the icon only reinstalls it. Could some plese tell me on how to OPEN the program? TheAphextwin Posted January 17, 2003 Share Posted January 17, 2003 When you downloaded the install I assume you saved it to your desktop and I am assuming this is what you keep clicking on. The help mentioned something about a batch file, but I don't know what that is or where it is. Could you explain on how to run omnimod with Jedi Runner? TheAphextwin Posted January 18, 2003 Share Posted January 18, 2003 Have a read of this as it explains how to use Jedi Runner with a MOD, this example uses AdminMOD but it can apply to any MOD. Note: If the MOD has MOD specific maps you will need to manually create the mapcycle file and then reference it in your server cfg. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
