Pedro The Hutt
A couple of days ago, I got my new copy of the DC-UK magazine, inside was a review of... guess... oh come on... alright Star Wars: Demolition, and they gave it a 3 out of 10. Now my question is, is it really that bad, or is it good enough to spend 40£ on? Or you can give scores from other mag's. ------------------ No! I am your father. Guest Darth_Simpson
The Official DC Mag gave it a 6 out of 10. Rent before you buy. Some say it's good, others say it's crap!

Guest Dave Maul
Dave Maul: Info You Can Trust I'd say, no way in Hoth is this game worth the release price of £40. If you can find it for £25, then it may be worth it, but still... IGN.com gave the DC version a 7.6, and the Official UK Dreamcast mag hasn't reviewed it yet. I'd say wait for it, but if you're mad for SW then you've probably already got it. If not, and you are mad for SW, then get it. It's a good game from what I saw (a PSX version running on a PS2 with little to no graphics enhancement) in control and idea, but it seems a bit too easy; some people say they have completed it in a day or less. Rent before you buy (eh Simpson? ) ------------------

Pedro The Hutt
Thanks, I think I shall wait for the official UK dreamcst mag. (and please include a demo of Demolition) Eurg, where are the days where all the magasines gave great scores to LEC-games, because they were really great. ------------------ No! I am your father. Guest Saesee Tom
Fraser saw it running on the PS2, and he said it runs twice as well than on a PSX. ------------------ Visit Saesee Tom and YLH's General Discussion Forum!

Guest Dave Maul
In that case get the DC version Ped. Lot cheaper than dishing out £300 for a new console. ------------------

Guest Saesee Tom
You would actually think Pedro would BUY A CONSOLE for it?!??! If he was going to buy a different console to run JUST Demolition on, apart from the DC (which he wouldn't because he's already got a DC) then he would have got the PSX. ------------------ Visit Saesee Tom and YLH's General Discussion Forum! Markenobi
Well, I, for one, have not "completed it in a day or less". I have it for the PSX, and there's about a 3 billion to 1 chance that I'm getting the PS2. ------------------ "Bring 'em on! I prefer a straight fight to all this jumpin' around." Guest Kurgan
Well again, if you already have the PSX version, you can play it with enhancements on your PC (if you have a decent machine) using one of the many emulators out there.. Guest Saesee Tom
I see the problem... you have to turn the PSX engine to 'smooth' in the PS2 operating system. It blends the 32-bit colours into 128. ------------------ Visit Saesee Tom and YLH's General Discussion Forum! Pedro The Hutt
alright, I got the official DC magazine, they gave it a 4, so I said "sod it, I'm going to get Phantasy Star Online!" So, WHO WANTS TO JOIN ME IN AN ONLINE QUEST FOR THE HOLY GRAIL!, oh wait, the holy grail isn't in this game. ------------------ No! I am your father.
