There's an option, well for me, on the context menu of an online friend, which states 'Start Star Wars JKII Jedi Outcast' but as for useful command lines for executing JK2, I don't believe there is any. If JKII was based on the Unreal engine, I'm sure they would've added it in. You can use the All-Seeing Eye which can load up JKII so it connects to the server apon startup. That seems to be the closest you can get.
