MysticSpade
i've had this game 3 days now and i've beaten everything on it pretty much. i have yet to best Dante Must Die and Lucia Must Die modes. SPOILERS!!! . . . . . . . . . . . . . . when you beat the game on Hard with Dante you unlock Trish from the original. She plays the exact way that Dante did in the first. With Ebony & Ivory, Sparda sword, Ifrit Guantlets. so she is worth the time to get. Also there is a Bullet timing effect once you get the "Chrono Heart" you slow down time around you and deal out major damage. All in all this game is no where near as good as the first. But it's fun as can be in it's own way.
Darklighter
Well I am really looking forward to getting it. The game looks great and fun to play like the first, and I love the integration between sword and gun combat, it's really cool. I think the game looks a lot more fluid than the first, and I have convidence in it (Sorry MS, I didn't want to read your post cos it had spoilers in it about the game >_< sorry if it seemed like I wasn't appreciating your opinion. Acrylic
I just Got Devil May Cry Today. I'm on the first level. Its ok.....but a little bit boring.....will it get better?
Darklighter
Did you get DMC or DMC2? If you got the first game, it will get a lot better and harder. You'll pick up a lot more weapons and can buy more moves. Trust me on this;)
Acrylic
Yea, I got the first game, the only way im gonna get the 2nd one is if i beat this one, and if i like this one. EDIT- And can I change the camera angle too?
Darklighter
No you can't change the camera angle I'm afraid:(That's one of the little niggles I had about the game, but it's only minor, and gets better further into the game. Once you got the better weapons like the shotgun and the sword Alastor, you'll know what I mean when I say the game is amazing:)Once you start fighting more and more enemies, it'll get more fun.
