Mesh Trouble

ok ive made meshes alot and know that fog can alter a meshes smoothness

 

 

Now in my new map i needed to make a building useing a fairly large Cylinder Mesh that angles in with a cap on it,

then another one underneath that is normal

then one under that, which is a reverse of the top one.

 

But in game the Cylinder is oddly shaped and doesnt line up with the cap, even though it is in Radiant

 

There are no fog brushes

This is Single player

 

Ive tried setting the gridsize higher, but i was wondering if theres another worldspawn setting i can use to stop this. We cant have sqaure buildings in this map it would look cheap =[[
