(1) Transparent operatives, that are resposible only to the PA when they have information to give. (2) Salaried employees. Resposibilities vary. Sanctum Informus (Si), is involved in the collection, analyzing, and distribution of intelligence. We will establish networks on each planet, that will do the aforementioned, and then source out that intelligence to those PA's we have established contracts with. This will not be a free for all intelligence network. We will have clients who pay us for timely intelligence.
