picklebro
Hey..I have a problem with my video display. I don't know the official name for it, but anything that moves (mostly people) their skin will shoot out off their bodiess they move. In fact in the cutscene at the start of the movie I can see his teeth and then a few moments later I can see all the way through his head..but the problem continues on into the game (and seems to only affect people models) I enabled video sync mode and also tried it with OpenGL extensions enabled and disabled and it didn't make any difference OS: WinXP card: ATI RADEON PCI 32Mb SDR ideas? Hekx
What are your current video settings? Make sure you have detailed shaders and EAX under sound disabled.
picklebro
well, I first tried it with default settings of course...I then set it to this and still nothing (yes, I've ran the update, and double-checked..EAX is off)...also have ATI's latest vid drivers. GL extensions on/of doesn't make a difference Mode: 640x480 Color: 16 bit Geometric Detail: Medium Texture Detail: medium Texture quality: medium Texture filter; Bilineal/trilineal - no difference Video sync on/of - no difference Shadows: Simple Dynamic Light: on/off - no difference Wall Marks: off Anistropic filter: on/off - no difference .....OH...and Detailed Shaders: off..but it made no diff either way. ..I'm tempted to bum a copy from a friend (if I can find one with it) and uninstall and install his copy and see if its a goof on the CD...but the funny thing is the game works fine other than that flaw..the problem is that with the model skins 'blowing up' like they do sometimes it makes the models invisible (not good when said model is shooting at you) and it is nearly impossible to see with several skins at once flying out in triangular shapes at odd angles all over the place.
