Hilarious!!!!!!!! For any fans of/people who hate/don’t really care about/Neighbours

This is without question one of the funniest things I have ever heard.

 

Anyone who has the vaguest knowledge of the Aussie show Neighbours (I’m guessing it will be understood to a degree by pretty much all Aussies and Pommies), I heartily recommend you download this.

 

 

Basic lowdown...

Wil Anderson and Adam Spencer do the Triple J (a radio station) breakfast show. One morning they had the punk band Frenzal Rhomb on the show and the chick who plays Dee on Neighbours. Someone had the bright idea to do a mock skit from Neighbours with the guys from Frenzal in it.

Lets just say all does not go quite to plan, and the Frenzal Rhomb boys do not quite follow the script...

 

Chockas with Neighbours references...Pretty funny though regardless of whether you follow Neighbours I reckon...well maybe...It’s better if you know it.

 

 

Oh this is definitely NOT for the faint-hearted/easily offended/mediumly offended.

Genuinely very, very funny though (in my opinion anyway), but the language and some of the stuff mentioned is perhaps a bit much for posting? It is only an MP3 though, and was on government funded public radio in a key-ratings timeframe.........

 

Ugg arrh...let me know.

Some interesting bits.

 

Neighbours is set in Sydney, New South Wales at Ramsay Street but in actual fact Ramsay Street is in Melbourne, Victoria.

 

Its funny how they show the number plates and its a Victorian one which says "Victoria, the place to be". lol

 

If you go to Melbourne you can take a guided tour where they show you the street is filmed in. People unrelated to the show actually live in those houses just as you or I would.

 

Its watched by more people in the UK then the entire population of Australia.

 

Pretty funny stuff when you think about it...To me anyway.

lol I like the stick to the script guy. The rest isn't really funny though.
