Can-able Posted March 11, 2003 Share Posted March 11, 2003 The only real way i could see them doing this is to Bloke regional IP address (Nodes) and i just don't think they will There are tomany people Pre- Ordering out side of the US and i bet they know this.... setsuko Posted March 11, 2003 Share Posted March 11, 2003 The only ones to do this fatal mistake to block the ip's of non-americans when their game released earlier in the US than in Europe, and not telling about it, was Microsoft, for their mmorpg Asherons Call 2. With the amount of bad rep they got for that, I hope SOE things twice about doing such a grave error, since there's really no reason to do it. About if they'll create more servers... well, propably they'll make a few servers in Europe for the european release, and perhaps one or two in asia/australia, if it become popular there.
