Wudan Posted March 19, 2003 Share Posted March 19, 2003 As far as I'm aware, the BSP format used in JK2 and SOF2 is different than Quake3 and Elite Force. It would be possible to write such a program, but there wouldn't be any point - if you want to modify a map, ask the author for permission and a copy of the .map file. If they refuse, you can't modify it, if you modified their map by decompiling it, you'd still have to ask permission. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
GSR_skywalker Posted March 19, 2003 Share Posted March 19, 2003 im not totally sure if this works with jk2 maps or not, but i got a bsp converter from countermap which is a counter-strike mapping place, http://www.countermap.counter-strike.net i think its under tools or whatever, take note, you cannot recompile decompiled maps, but its sure as hell good for finding out how someone did somthing Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
