Ok. In the console, all you have to do to talk is:

"say {whatever you want to say}"

 

But, here's my question.

Let's say I have a string, that I want to bind to a key, so that I can point my cursor at someone, press the key, and then it says:

 

"blah blah blah {person I'm looking at's name} blah"

 

See what I mean? Basically I want to show the person's name in the string. Is there a way to do that without writing a mod?

Not that I know of. I know in Kill Trackers it maybe possible.

Since they use a %s for the killer's name.
