Do power cores have any affect on farms?

I think power cores have enough hp as it is. Remember, they're supposedd to be a weak spot

I think the one in the fortress should stay there. Have one upgrade in the power core in tech level 3 for faster researching. The other upgrade in the power core for even more faster research at tech level 4. Then have shielding upgrade in tech level 4. Extra hit points upgrade in tech level 3.
