joesdomain Posted May 1, 2003 Share Posted May 1, 2003 I think the one in the fortress should stay there. Have one upgrade in the power core in tech level 3 for faster researching. The other upgrade in the power core for even more faster research at tech level 4. Then have shielding upgrade in tech level 4. Extra hit points upgrade in tech level 3.
