If this is the help forum? Then where’s the help? If Lucas arts are the name on the forum, are they not responsible to process the technical support? All I see is a lot of people with questions that are not answered, and the ones that are, are only answered by the community (and half the time the problem is never solved) who are not certified to fix the problems, Is Lucas arts a faceless corporation that cares nothing about the people that buy there Games and products? Is the only reason why this game hit the market is because of the mods out there or to build a community for the Obwane Xbox Game? Did Lucas arts fire all the dev team because of there incompetents?

LucasForums is a separate entity to Lucasarts. This is a community that focuses on Lucasarts titles, and includes the 'Premier Forum' for Jedi Outcast. It is not, however, the Lucasarts technical help forum. The Help forums are here for the specific reason that other members can help with certain problems associated with the game. Soon after the games release, representatives from Raven Software (the developer, sub-contracted by Lucasarts) were posting on these boards on a frequent basis to try and resolve some of the issues with the game Jedi Outcast, and IMHO they did a very good job. For one thing, they released patches (now at 1.04) to try and resolve some of the bugs and issues associated with the game.

If you have a serious technical issue with any of Lucasarts games, then you must obviously contact Lucasarts to obtain technical support. Lucasarts have their own Technical Support page. Also, you might wish to contact Raven Software directly to see if they can offer assistance.

If you look back through some of the past pages in our Help forums, you may find that your query or problem has already been addressed.

Good luck.
