Problem after installing again

hey, i used to play jk2 ages ago, and i went to re install again today.

 

i re installed it the same way i did ages ago (or at least i think )

 

and i keep getting this error in the outcast comsole

 

"Invalid product identification"

 

i've thought about wat it could be for about the last 2 jhours, i have re installed twice with still no prevail.

 

can anyone please help, just tell me wat it is? if u can do more it will be much appreciated

no
