GreenJediGrinch
For that I go back to my original statement: Race will never cease to be a problem as long as people like Jesse Jackson are here to keep making it a problem.
Danyx
Omfg, this race issue has always been a thorn in my side to civilians. I grew up in Navy housing. I am scottish-commanche. I lived next door to philapino's, black, chinese, japanese, korean, mexican, portarican (sp>?), indian, north-american indian, and a combination of inter-racial marriages everywhere. Nobody gave a rat's ass what color anyone else was. I was still the best girl at marbles. I was still the worst kid at skateboarding. We all smoked pot against the fence while our parents were having a block-party. We all played soft-ball together. We all skinny-dipped together. We all earned the same amount of money at fund drives. We worked together, we played together. We covered each other's backs. We all dated each other. Not only were we a huge amalgam of races, but we were also a mish-mash of religions. My dad, an engineman, had a black captain, an indian doctor, you see what I'm getting at. Then we'd ride the grey "bull-bus", the military bus that would take us to the civilian schools and shake our heads at the civilian kids and their racial and religious issues. Totally idiotic. It's truly sad that the world cannot figure out what a community of navy-brats did. Enjoy each other's uniqueness and variety. /rant off edit: P.S. The National Association for the Advancement of the Human Race YES!!!!!!!!!!!
