There are four buildings in each corner of the court where the boss chases after you. In the one left to the entrance, you can climb up a bit and pull a block; you will need it later. Next climb upwards in the building on the opposite corner of the court. In there you will be able to access the roofs of the buildings. From here on you can pretty much follow the walkways, but be quick; the monster will be behind you all the time! And some of the walkways will collaps benaeth you, watch out! After passing above all four rooms, you will be able to enter a cave. There the machine piece is hidden in a niche. Now I just hope my memory was correct.
