attributes have dropped, dunno what to do

my strength and consititution (among other things) have dropped. i had all my wounds healed, n it helped but they're still way lower than they used to be. any ideas on how to fix this? thanx

First, take off your armor. Armor has penalties to your stats. If that doesn't fix it, then /bug it and make sure you file a trouble ticket with the CSRs in your Ctrl+H menu.
