Issues with running a server

Hi. Our clan got a server through jediservers last week, and there are a couple things. One, is there a way we could still be a public server, but not listed on the "in game find server" list? we are getting in a lot of people coming in who are just there to mess around and be jerks. Is there a way to kick people? I had someone in yesterday who was going around being a real jerk, and spouting racist comments after he would kill people who were obviously talking. Im the server admin, but Ive never run a non- UT server before, and so im not sure what exactly all the options are. I know i can change prefrences through the console in game, or through the server.cfg via FTP. I was just wonder if there was any better way to deal with running the server, and to take care of the people who arent playing fair.

I only know how to kick prople, you type into the console, "kick persons name here"
