I wandered all over the undercity and the sewers and could find no sign of the third Journal for the Promised Land quest. I have also not been able to find the serum (i suppose it could be in Davik's Base, i'm on my way there next). Bonus Question...Is there a way to kill Bendak Starkiller without getting a dark side point? Hmmm...maybe it's a little too early to start asking questions.
Patbo Posted July 20, 2003 Posted July 20, 2003 They are there... keep looking. At one point you come to another ladder. Go up and you'll have to fight off a lot of the mutants. There are several remains there. Search them and you will find the serum. Bring it back to the doctor and accept no reward. The doc will then offer his all of his wares at a discounted price. Then puchase the serum from him. You'll need it later for some light side points. DP

deacon shields Posted August 2, 2003 Posted August 2, 2003 ok, when i started for the 2nd time, i was going to be darkside, but later decided on light, so i was a real jerk to the medical clinic guy and now he just either heals me or lets me buy stuff and thats it. i dont suppose there is anyway to get him to take the rakghoul serum now is there, and zax hasnt said anything either.
Icehawk1 Posted August 3, 2003 Posted August 3, 2003 When you left the medical center the first time, did his apprentince tell you about Jax? He should have, and if he did, talk to jax, the top option for talking is usually about the serum.
Morn Hyland Posted November 19, 2003 Posted November 19, 2003 I did a search on Promised Land and there were only two threads... (didn't check on how far back the search went, tho ...) Of the two, this seemed the most likely to fall in the right area and right eyes: I've just started (don't own KOTOR, just renting and will hope to get it for Christmas! ) and took a pass on the dialogue options for possibly joining the exodus to the Promised Land. Was that actually possible? Is there a quest, besides finding the journals and serum? Hyland
