ugto Posted August 4, 2003 Posted August 4, 2003 As I wait to purchase my copy I just sit here and drool over the forums and think of questions to ask. I understand there is to be an update with story change every month. My question is: Since we all know how the galactic civil war ends does player participation actually effect the monthly updates? I mean hypothetically if the Empire was successful in every month update would that not cause a problem with the SW story line. Since we know in the end the empire falls.

No, you can not affect the outcome of the Galactic Civil War, as the time is sorta frozen. You can, however, affect which side has the upper hand. Or atleast you will be able to.
