In the future, save your game right before you go into new places, like the enclave, so if it doesn't turn out right, you can restart and fix it. I did the same thing the first time. Luckily, I saved it so I reloaded, returned to the Hawk and got the robot. Don't worry, just wipe out the Sand People and be done with it. There are plenty of more opportunities to earn Light Points in the future. I got to the top light side with ease on the next 2 worlds, with plenty of opportunties to spare.
