Example: model_default.skin >> icon_default.jpg model_blue.skin >> icon_blue.jpg model_red.skin >> icon_red.jpg You can also expand on this with your reskins. Say you create a *.skin file for Jan's jedi look (see the npcs.cfg for "JediF") and you call it: model_jedif.skin In order for an icon to appear in MP, you'll need to copy Jan's icon and name it icon_jedif.jpg Alternately, to make it selectable from the setup menu by naming the *.skin file and the icon file: model_default_jedif.skin icon_default_jedif.skin Either way the two filenames must match. Some more pointers... the icon files are very restrictive about the format of your *.jpg. The icons must be exactly 256x256 pixels, and use standard/baseline compression only. If you do your image editing in MS Paintbrush you're fine, but if you use Photoshop you'll need to pay attention to the compression when you save. Hope that helps you out.
