Your problem may be one of a couple issues A) XP Service Pack 1 has been known to cause problems in Jedi Outcast, try updating to 1.03/1.04 for Single player and multiplayer, respectively B) Try turning of EAX if it is enabled.. C) Download drivers for your video card since it sounds like you may be getting the OpenGL try some of those suggestions and let us know what becomes of your dilemma.
