  1. It's rather easy. I go into kotor tool, hit RIMs, hit Modules, then I go to whatever module I want to change an NPC. Make sure the module has _s.rim at the end, because that's the one where all the NPCs, Dialogs, Waypoints, etcc are. Then I hit Blueprint, Characters. Then I find the character I want to edit. Then I hit it, change the First Name to whatever I want, then I change the appearance to whatever I want. You could hit the Inventory button to give the character inventory, as long as he is a human or twi'lek (only they could wear armor, and only a few humans could wear masks). Then just go around and hit the other tabs, fiddle around. When you're satisfied with your character, save it in a folder, MAKE SURE you add .utc at the end of the filename, or it won't work. Then place him into Override, warp to the module he is at, and wala! You made a custom character!
