Bee Hoon

Well, I choose to avoid the Balut also...just something about it...oy:D No worries, Im pretty sure Balut is spelled that way. Well, the foods that my family eats mostly{Unfortunately, some of the names have escaped me..darn:(} I'd say our favorite Filipino food would be...Chicken Adobo, excellent, my Brother makes a pretty amazing Adobo dish, good stuff:D We have eaten a number of adobos, but Chicken Adobo is our favorite:D That and Sinigang Na Baboy...good stuff..very goood:D Actually, a number of the Filipino foods we eat are not that different from Malaysian food, just that Filipino food has a slight..."Spanishness" about it:D

Oy, with rising Dengue cases, there's definately reason for worry, hopefully you're Dad doesn't cathc anything. Fifty bites on one arm!? Ow, that must be very uncomfortable, sadly, I guess it's just the season for it. This would be a good time to use mosquito spray, that stuff works really well.
