Well, not counting my own fiction characters (
), I'd say Legolas and Gimli, with Arwen and Eowyn close behind. Legolas is cool, 'cuz he's the only truly standable character in the Fellowship of the book, almost out of anyone in the whole book. There are three other not annoying characters in the book (Eowyn, Sam, and Gollum). So, that kind of colored my view of the movies, since I read the book first. Your favorite?
