Ok, I don't mean to sound harsh here but 1. I don't really have time and 2. You should really learn how to do some stuff on your own. Skinning is the second easiest kind of modding in my opinion (item editing being the first). All you need to do is give it a try. I'd even be happy to walk you through it if you wanted. Also, this tutorial is very, very good if you want to learn how to model heads so that you can fix Mira and then anyone else you want.
