  5. Well in BF1942, there was something that always bothered me. There would be vehicles that took 2 people to get it working correctly but then when lets say a guy in an artillery take kills a few guys, only the gunner gets credit for the kill. Maybe a system can be implemented for both people to receive credit?
  6. Is there a way I can turn on or off a console command to turn off the zoom when you move. I remember in jk2 it was much easier to move around and but stuck in zoom because once in zoom there is a delay to get out with this system. So is there a way to turn it off so if I move, it automatically goes out of zoom?

  12. Actually, since all those commands have been taken out of the mod itself, it is great for all purposes. Since I know all the commands due to me being an admin, what is left to abuse isn't much at all. Sleep is pretty much it. I can be used in bad manners but I don't know if anyone would get a kick out of sleeping people because sleeping makes them invincible so it is not like you can sleep kill. Also, do you really think it would be fun just to sleep someone then wake then and sleep. It just gets boring so with less options to use, the less likely it will be abused (note the rhyme). Anyway I applaud Chosen for his mod and I hope it goes well. I know most you other people who dislike this mod are people who probably are very stuck in their ways and what I said above will have no affect and you will continue to banter. But this is ok. But it was the most used mod in the JKO community and from the servers that I played on that used it, it worked very nicely. The majority of people doesn't make it right, but also the majority of people doesn't make it wrong. Since Rcon is very limiting, I believe this is the best choice admins.
  13. What is the command for setting the amount of time a decal stays because it is sorta annoying seeing it go away within 5 seconds.

OK I support changing maybe not single saber stance but putting back the left leftup saber flick would be nice BUT the main point is that both STAFF and DUAL SABER have an INDEFINATE number of moves in 1 combo. Thus a person with yellow stance (which has equal damage to staff I believe) can do only 5 hits but the staff can go on forever. Ok we all know the SW physics aren't real but based on what they have made in jk2 and the continuing physics of jk3, people using a saber get tired to an extent. That is the reason why they stop after 3 swings in red, 5 in yellow, and 9 in blue if doing spins. Why else would they have this in here for? So based of this info why should someone hold double the weight(staff and dual are 2 sabers but different forms) have the ability to not get tired and go on forever. Think about it this way. In the game when you use dark rage you end up having a slow down period, this is from exhaustion if you put it into perspective. If you want to call it mental or physical exhaution, you can be my guest. So why does someone who is using saber that require more energy due to the weight of the saber plus the extra motions of weilding( more movement = more energy use) be able to have more indurance than someone with half both those things? If you are gonna say something like "Hey this is a different game!" Is that really a valid arguement? Here is an example. In SW Ep 4 there was light saber combat. Also in Ep 5 there was light saber combat. Did the idea of saber fighting totally change? No, they both were based off the same idea and were virtual the same. Both were different movies but since it was a SERIES it kept the same Idea. Just like Dark forces is a series, the idea of saber combat has not really changed. IN Dark Forces 2, there were 2 swings. The primary swing is much like a fast stance and the secondary was like a yellow scissors combat. Then in Jk2 to Jk3 and so forth, it evolved but really didn't change. It kept the same basic rules. The way I think this game should be done is 1. Take all the regular moves such as overhead yellow, slide slice with staff, and everything not a special to ANY extent and balance all the sabers based of just basic moves. 2. Then take a look at the specials and balance them. You may ask why. There are a lot of duelers who don't like to use specials so if they want to use single saber why should the single saber basic attacks be bad compared to those of a staff of dual saber. I for one don't use specials. A friend of mine Luke Skywalker doesn't use specials except for lunge when someone tries to kill him via ydfa. SmilyKrazy doesn't use specials. The list of people goes on. Therefore create 2 lvls of balance. Do one for basic attack and then another for specials. I don't want to have to spam yellow kata to win. P.S. I think 1.04 was the best thing to happen to the ja community.
  16. I agree with derek I am a pretty heavy yellow dueler and I have noticed a change has taken place in yellow stance and this affects me a lot. This is the move that looks like the character takes the saber and makes the saber go in a circle like pattern. This move was done in jk2 by doing left then (circle move is this next move) upleft. The new upleft doesn't allow this move and it is REALLY slow. THe combos are too close to reds speed and not enough on the damage spectrum to make it worthwhile. I would really like this move put back in, it isn't cheap, it just keeps the combos speed of yellow faster like they should be.
  17. Nah it isn't a spin. I really can't explain it just go into jkII mp and do a combo left, upleft and the second swing is what I mean the blade of the saber does a circle to the left of the user, not the person itself.

  20. You remember things like /model jedi/j2 and so forth Anyone find any hidden because remember in sp where luke says "Corran, take your students to....." I was wondering if I could find that corran horn looking person. SO post any hidden mp skins here.
