There's also a plugin for Foobar2000, which is a good music player in itself, but also has a Converter plugin, so it's a good way to pick a few interesting sounds and convert them to something more common like MP3 or Ogg Vorbis, without having to convert all 4210 files first. But yeah, go Winamp! (The old version, the new version is... weird, and mainly seems to carry the Winamp name as a stolen badge for recognition)
