Apparently your Governor doesn't pay much attention to AZ politics

At the end of the video, the voice says something along the lines of "What will you do with the creation kit?". I almost posted this quote on the Bethsoft forum with the response, "Fix this ****ing game, like you should've done before you released it!"
Edit: srsly, it took them 6 weeks to fix 10 quests. Bastards.

AZ fail
I live in Scottsdale and work with people who are members of said Scottsdale Gun Club. Please help me feel better about my neighbors and tell me that Texas has something similar/worse.

Been spending quite a bit of time the last couple of days on the BW forums looking for under-the-hood info on ME3 (you know, trying to figure out how the game works ). A lot of people have these annoying "______________ deserves a better ending" sig lines.
Just saw one that made me laugh: "Shepard deserves better fans"

Believe it or not, repetition helps. Granted I put a couple of points into Sabotage, but I've gotten pretty used to hacking now.
There is some texture flickering in the Greybox during the first part of the tutorial, and I've noticed that the area will be cleared of guards if you reload during the airstrip mission. Other than that, I've enjoyed a bug-free game for the most part.

Better now. Nicely done!
I seem to be doing a little bit better with Companions first, then Stormcloaks. I'm on my way now to meet the Greybeards (level 29 and a half). I've visited a few forts that now belong to the Stormcloaks and I think it's a nice touch that some of the furniture has been rearranged, letters have changed, and some of the chests have new loot in them. Camps that I visited previously have been struck (though there seems to be a bug with the quartermasters hanging out in a camp that isn't there anymore). I was given free reign to attack any remaining enemy camps, though it seems that officers are flagged as essential I guess I'll have to wait for the mods.
EDIT: Getting really tired of all the CTDs (I think this is number 10 for the day). On a brighter note, I can kill Draugr and bandits with Deadly Bash now. Nice knowing that I'm lethal without even needing the sharp end of the battle axe.

Biding my time. Been busy with stuff and things and trying to squeeze in ME-time where I can. I think the "little break" allowed me to put things into perspective somewhat. Bioware is still < than Obsidian, but maybe I shouldn't be so hard on 2nd place (???). Dunno.
P.S. I still haven't even finished the tutorial for Bioshock. How much do I suck?

Bush was a moron. I don't think we've seen any poll data for morons.
In 2008, we got lots of poll data about mormons and they ranked right around the same as atheists (Americans are more likely to vote for a homosexual president then they are an atheist or a mormon).
Newt isn't even on the ballot in his home state. He does not poll well with "values voters".
Don't poop on my parade, Mimi!

Came out late October. http://www.destructoid.com/review-dungeon-siege-iii-treasures-of-the-sun-215211.phtml
My son started playing it when it came out. According to him, it's very Katarina-centric, though it has a lot of hooks for Anjali.
Re: the main quest of Skyrim - there is an easter egg involving the Unrelenting Force and "the sun" in Blackreach (you'll know it when you find it)

Can't find the article I saw yesterday. Think this one might be better.

btw, took Mordin and Miranda to recruit Grunt last night. The area where about 12 krogan spawn - Miranda = Warp, Mordin = Incinerate, Shep = Incinerate. All = Pistols, then Shep = Tactical Cloak + Cryo Ammo (still pistol) + Melee. Awesome.

Concussive shot is helpful for Shepard because of Adrenaline Rush (the evolution that allows him to use one power while AR is active) and by extension, for power combos.
Normally, for combat combos, the trigger action has to kill the target in order to fulfill the combo, however this is not the case for enemies stunned by disruptor ammo (all you have to do is hit them while stunned). Since this is what Ash has, she doesn't need to have a lot of points in CS to use combos. Also, now that disruptor ammo is effective against barriers, she doesn't need it to fight Banshees.
Same thing goes for Garrus with Overload/CS.

Congratulations to the Discovery Institute for finally finding a forum that would allow them to get the "strengths and weaknesses" language into legislation. I think we can safely begin counting down the days until we see another attempt in Texas with the new precedent. And from there it'll only be a few short years until every textbook in every classroom in the U.S. is helping to promote "critical thinking"

Couple of things:
1) damn my femshep is hawt in 3 (so long as her face doesn't move) and
2) Kaiden's emotional outburst in 2 makes a lot more sense now that we know that he's a potential LI for manshep in 3.
EDIT: Someone has a chauvinistic sense of humor. Ash in the hospital = 10,000 gifts in the gift store. Kaidan in the hospital = only one.

Crap. Apparently I have Steam running in the system tray, because it patched the game before I had a chance to use Stoffe's instructions for turning automatic updates off.
Here's hoping for the best.
EDIT: Ok, about an hour in. Just fought a dragon. It flew forwards instead of backwards, as a proper dragon should. CTD seem to have abated (knock on wood). My Nord's resistance to frost appears to be intact. Still too soon to tell, but I think I may have dodged a bullet.

Dead Money first, but after you've exhausted all the "Father Elijah" options with Veronica (and possibly McNamara, if you feel like role playing it). Then Old World Blues (for back story on key players in Dead Money), then Honest Hearts, and finally Lonesome Road. That's slightly out of order, but I'm not sure why HH belongs between DM and OWB. I have one more character planned to hit all 4 DLC (and level 50), but after that I think FONV is going to go on the shelf for a while.
Re: DXHR, I'll pick up the other pack tonight, but 4 playthroughs is enough until the "real" DLC comes out next month.
P.S. Plan on getting at least 5 levels out of each DLC. I think I got almost 7 out of Dead Money.

Dear Texas,
Please send us more Presidents.

Did that fight on hardcore with Anjali (and Lucas). Pillar of Fire came in very handy (get it?).
I still consider Lucas to be cannon and I'm doing a hardcore run with him right now, but I'm really frustrated with the game balance. He almost nothing so far as AoE attacks go and absolutely nothing damage-over-time. His "ranged" attacks all involve him sitting in the lap of whatever he's attacking and anything with a shield has the option to block them. Every character has a familiar (or clone in Reinhart's case) except him. Sucks.
And I retract my earlier statement about AI. Anjali is by far the worst offender, but Lucas is pretty bad too.
