Oh, I had the best dream ever yesterday. I dreamt that i was watching Malcom in the Middles Reese play a computergame where you arrange and army and then send them off to battle. he was really good at setting them up and stuff and looked like he was a professional. Then he sent them off to battle, and suddenly, I was there, fighting along with them and it was a huge massacre and people came along with lawn mowers and cut people feet off  and then I woke up. cool.

I'm impressed! Wish I had more strange dreams. Hey! I have a strange one that I dreamt last summer:

Me and my father walks on a road beside a forest to a place where we should spend our holiday. But I was actually in a computer game (adventure), and I run off into the forest (Some kind of rain forest, I think), because there was some items I needed there. And my father followed after me, trying to take me back to the road so we could continue walking (Reminds me of the end of MI2). Ofcourse I ran and ran into in the forest, because I knew that there was some things I needed there, and if my father catched me, I had to try to find the exact place again, if the place my father catched me on was interesting.

I ran, and I came to the top of a cliff that I jumped off, because my father wouldn't follow me down there. And this fantastic feeling while I was falling and falling for some seconds. I hit the ground, and saw that in this part of the forest there was more trees, but I could make out a road. I walked in and out of paths (you know the labyrinth in MI1 on melee island).

Suddenly I came out on a more open place, with lots of white/blue glowing flowers. It was Simbelmüne (Lord of the Rings). The place had kind of bad resolution (About the resolution of old LucasArts adventure games), but still it was just SO beautiful. There I met one of my (real life)classmates (He is also my neighbour). We was there for a time, and just enjoyed the great atmosfhere of the place, but then my father comes to take me back to the road. I don't remember much more from the dream after that. I think I tried to find the place again, but it failed.

Highlights: falling off cliff, beautiful flowers. Still remember the feeling.

That's it. I have just shared one of my best dreams.

I dearly wish that I had a fully functional brain, that does things like dream, and such. I haven't had a dream (that I remember) for ages.

One I had long, long ago had to do with George Bush (senior) and a pogo stick. It has stuck out in my brain for about...10 years now. QUITE odd...

I had the floating down the stairs dream, or it was part of a dream a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time ago, like, 5 years old. And I'm 15 on the 17th.

Dreams are cool, I'd like to dream more often.

Anyways, once I had a dream, while I was 14 (Still am 14), and the part I remember now was, I was with this dog in the road where my house is and I was being cautious of this one dog, and suddenly it had puppies, they were small and stuff. I was thinking the mother might be protective and stuff. Suddenly one of the puppies, in a split second beared fangs jumped on my chest knocking me over and halfway to the ground sank itsteeth into my neck. I literally woke up with a start and sat up i think.

Scary.

When I woke up this morning, I had just finished up a fine, fun, adventurous dream. I remember the first thing I thought was "This is Dream Thread in the Forums quality." The sad thing is that the only part of it I remember is Kermit and a pitchfork. So it looks like you're going to miss out on this excelent mind-adventure.

About 2 weeks ago I had an dream, but the odd thing is I knew it was a dream, and therefore, knew it would do no harm to go psycho and beat up the old lady that was standing next to me in the dream. (Cruel) For some reason, though, I couldn't control my dream, I just knew it was all fake. I was dissapointed.

If you could control your dreams, it would be like virtual reality.

The other night I had this dream about some kid, and these guys put him in a diving suit and his mum was like "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

How came I never to notice this thread before?

Anyway...

A few nights ago, I had this extremely vivid dream that I couldn't stop thinking about for days. I guess I really haven't yet. It started out randomly, like dreams do. There was a hunting lodge, and a lot of people I knew there, some of them with horses, and a big black goat that kept butting people. Including me.

Later on my family and I left to go home. All of my siblings and I were in one car (I can't recall who was driving, probably the 12-year-old) and my parents were in the one in front of us. We drove for a while, and I noticed that both cars were going faster and faster. We were speeding toward a bridge, and the car I was in was headed for the corner of the bridge where there was only a little fence and then a cliff that went down a hundred feet into the water.

It was about 15 feet from the cliff that I realized I was going to die. Then we went sailing over the edge. I felt more peaceful than I ever had in my life. I glanced up and saw my parents car on the bridge, and felt a little sad that they were about to lose all their children, but I couldn't think of it much.....I was staring down into the black waves to which I'd lose my life.

I did, of course.

.....

I told my mom, and she said it was an anxiety dream. :¬:

M'kay, Andy, I've often wondered.

For me, I ALWAYS wake up after dying in my dreams. Have you ever fallen in a dream (like the one previously posted), died, and then kept dreaming/sleeping?

For me, It's impossible.

Yeah, I woke up right after that. I guess it's evidence against an afterlife....or God is not giving any previews.

EDIT: I just remembered one dream I had where I was flying over the ocean. I fell into it and then I just saw my hand from a distance, above the water....then it slid under the water and I saw the words "Game Over" in front of me. Presently I was flying over the ocean again and went through the whole procedure a second time before I woke up.

*looks at sig image*

It looked kinda like that, I guess. Ugh, these drowning dreams.

Well, since Mek is banned, you can harass me about my homophobia. I'll believe what I believe. As far as people harassing me about it, they can burn in hell.

Heck, I'm all with you on opinion, it's just that...

Perhaps the people defending this side should try being a little more receptive, and try teaching their ways, vs. telling them to burn in hell. Mek tried it that way and obviously failed miserabley. I suppose a new theory at changing people's ideas should be adopted.

Ok, I realized, I worded it a little bit wrong. I don't mean for anybody to burn in hell. I just mean for them to step off. And as for me trying to teach people my ways...I'm not for it. I don't like it when people want me to pick up their ways, so I'm not going to do that. :)

I dreamt I went to Leeds Festival, and Guns and Roses were playing, and Axl Rose shot me with a crossbow but it bounced off me and hit the guy beside me, who;s neck was permanently disfigured. I met him agian in one of those ten years later type sequences, and the arrow was still there. Then I Woke Up.

This Mek really doesn't sound nice at all...

Here's another of my dreams. It is a dream I always used to have when I have fever...

I am in our world, everything is beautiful and Balance (Balance is important). First I am in a beautiful city, with palaces and bright light. All the houses are shining white(it looks a bit like the town described in MOMO, where Meister Secundus Minutus Hora lives.), and everybody, including me, is flying gracefully. And everybody is wearing these simple, but beautiful white robes, with wide arms, and everything. It is so bright, that you should normally not be able to see, but everything is clear. And everything is thin and slender if it looks good, and wide and thick if it looks good. Everything is in Perfect balance

But then the Balance is broken. I know that I am in the middle of the earth, and I am able to travel unbelievingly fast from one side of the earth to the other. But it is hot, and wet. Everywhere I see, there are these big, ugly grey pipes, and occasionally one is steaming. (By the way, I already dreamt that before I knew of Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy, or had even heard ablout it).

The balance is gone everything is chaos...

The dream always start over again at some time. It is as if it is looping...

I always get that creepy feeling I also get while having fever when i think about the imbalance of the pipe part, but I don't know what I would be without this dream. It already seems like a good friend, or someone familiar...

P.S: Joshi! Did you like the DISCWORLD book? And did you read any other of the series?
