What files do I need for my map to run?

Does it need a nav or bsp or map? Please tell me how I obtain nav and bsp if they are needed. Thanks =D

It only needs the .bsp file. To get a BSP, you must compile your map. Check RichDiesal out for details (that section will apply to GtkRadiant, JA, q3map2, whatever).
