Jango Fett TC for JKA

Recommended Posts

Is anyone up for making a Jango Fett or even a Boba Fett total conversion of JKA. I had the idea for JKII, but it wasn't possible to give the SP character a jet pack, flame thrower, and dual pistols.

With JKA all the code is already there and excisable though I haven't heard of anyone getting the flamethrower to work yet.

I was thinking maybe something small with 3 or 4 maps "levels." Kind of something like the "coliseum mod" It was a SP TC mod that only had one map, but was really enjoyable. There is 2 decent maps themed with Corsicant already in the game to work with.

Maybe it's a dumb idea anyone interested though?

Hmm well I didn't really have customizing in mined. That would add a level of difficulty to making the hole thing. Maybe being able to choose between Boba or Jango. If someone wanted to put the time into making it like that that's fine.

Being able to choose Boba or Jango brings up time line. I don't think a small story would really need a time frame. I was thinking maybe Level 1 starts on Tatooine, level 2 On a jungle planet, and 3 and 4 on Corsicant. Trying to hunt down some nasty crime lord or something.

Yeah, and maybe some big city on Corellia, and a Sullust level? (Sullust is a Volcanic planet like Taspir)

Sounds great, having a Hutt hiring you to kill a tought jedi master would be cool too.

I have an idea, you may like it, you may not.

1) Tatooine. Dozens of Mercenaries have been hired to kill you. As you have a drink in a cantina some place in Mos Vasun, you are spotted by a mercenary rodian. He brings his gun up to your face. Then, you shoot him down. The whole bar get's some form of weapon, melee, guns, and everything. Escaping to the city, you must kill all mercenaries and threats and get to your ship.

2) Bandoora. Your ship is taken out of hyperspace by a rival bounty hunter's ship. You crash, and must find the ship parts while surviving through the howlers. (This level is like the one on Blenjeel)

3) Coruscant. You have been given an assignment from a hutt to kill an assasin droid manufacturer. He has guards, and assasin droids, defending his factory. You are challenged to get past all of the assasin droids, and find the factory. Once in the factory, you must destroy the guards and elminate the super assasin droids. When you get to the top, at the headquarters, you find that the droid manufacturer is an armored human dark jedi, who will try to kill you. Once you've killed him there is a cutscene where he's on the ground and tries to crawl back towards his desk. He does so, and fires a concussion rifle. But it pushes him back, and he flies out of the window.

4) Coruscant. You must escape the factory, which is in flames. There are remaining assasin droids and a few guards. You make your way down to the bottom of the factory and there is a cutscene, and in that you run out of the door, and see a fire brigade hovercraft. While all of the men in the craft get out and go in to the factory, you steal the hovercraft and get back to your ship.

5) Sullust. Loads of rebels and sullustans are here, and you have to enter the arcane minerals mine and blow it up. Then, you jump out of a window with your jetpack on and get to your ship on the landing pad.

6) Taloraan. Mercenaries are stealing your employers tibanna gas, and you must kill them all by jumping from platform to platfrom (with your jetpack) and shooting them down.

7) Corellia. You are running down the city streets killing mercenaries, looking for an employer, when you find Han Solo and Chewbacca. Fight them and get employed by a spectating Hutt.

8) Yavin. You are hired to kill some jedi in the jedi temple. By getting through the rebel guards, you come to the temple. When going in, you fight about 8 jedi initiates, 2 jedi apprentices, 3 jedi knights, and 1 jedi master. Then, in a cutscene, you return to Corellia and get your pay.

That's all that I can think of right now.

Hmm how about you land on The Forest moon of Endor and have to kill Ewoks and still the peaces from them?

Sounds to much like the level thats already there... hmm but it works I guess.

Bandoora is a jungle planet, check out Star Wars Episode 1 Racer.

Also, what do you mean by "stilling the peace from ewoks"?

It's more pssible if they are a bit like the levels already in the game. It makes it easier to make.

9) Your employer has sent a bounty hunter called Bossk, to find a rival hutt. But Bossk hasn't returned, and you are called in to find him. When you get to the hutts palace, a mutated blue rancor attacks, and you are left to fight him, and allow Bossk to escape. if Bossk dies, you lose. You can kill the rancor, as his health is 575.

Bossk will tell you that there are more prisoners, once you've rescued him. So you have to rescue them too. If you've killed the rancor, then it's easier. But if the rancor proves to be too difficult, and won't allow you to kill him, you must at least rescue the prisoner.

I think I have a way of getting to use Boba's Flamethrower, but it'll be hard.

Like I said "crash on Endor and still the peaces from the Ewoks." I would rather kill Ewoks.

Well if you can I'm sure it will be really popular mod. It's in there we can mod it. So there is way they just were stupid at Raven and said "We know people want to use this so lets take it out all together." That should have been one of the weapons of the "Scout Boba Fett in sage mod"....

This really irks me. There is telling someone they made a mistake and there is being stupid about it. The odd part is I don't care that I made the mistake everyone makes mistakes. I don't think there is one person on this forum or any forum that doesn't make spelling, grammar, or punctuation mistakes.

I guarantee I can go to your other posts and fined grammar and spelling mistakes. "I have no doubt." Assuming you post more then the great one liner you have above? What's even more stupid on your part. Is the word is spelt correctly it's just the wrong word. Using a word that sounds the same, but means something different is one of the most common of grammar mistakes. I might have screwed up one time, but it looks like you're screwed up in 2 ways here.

(1) You didn't know there was a word spelt still.

(2) Because the lack of your knowledge for the word "still." Your brain can't replace "still" and "steal" in the context of the sentence. It makes you get so confused you have no idea what the sentence is about. Then you lash out with stupid remarks.

Thank you for your wonderful policing of my grammar. I am sure you must have a professorship in English above that of my former college professor? She was from England to beat it all and made lots of grammar mistakes all the time. Even after she had around 8 years of school. I like picking on her, because if she can make mistakes I can too.

Once again I say get a life.:o
