In various video games, i've noticed some nasty and funny "mistakes"...little dumb things that come from playing the game too many times and staying up late eating year old PeepsTM

For example, in MedeviL 2 (which i hated...HATEHATEHATE!) it appears that a certain enemy, which grabs your head...well, it appears as thought it "loves" your head...

 

and here is LeChuck using "sign language"...if you get my drift...

It's not really a mistake, but egads, did I ever do a double-take. In the "Guynapped!" cutscene when Guybrush says "See the ring on this finger buddy...?" I could've sworn he was holding up the, erm, wrong finger.

 

I don't have a screenshot of it, but I do have an icon I made of it. It looks like the wrong finger to me, every single time!

 

And yeah, Anonymous, I've seen the whole thing with the monkey wrench...I try not to think about it.
